The strength of our network is the strength of our connections. Therefore, the possibility of holding a face-to-face meeting again
helped to celebrate ALLIA’s five years (completed in May 2021) with a moment of integration between dozens of participants from
member companies, suppliers and partners from all over Brazil. “It was an important opportunity to exchange knowledge and ali gn
strategies for the post-pandemic period,” emphasizes Rodrigo Senday, ALLIA’s executive director.

New line of Essenz products
Presentation made by Janaina Godoy (ALLIA’s purchasing supervisor) and Fabio Nitschke Gomes (marketing and branding
consultant) marked the launch of the new generation Essenz, our exclusive personal hygiene line for professional environments.
The result of many months of dedicated work by our Portfolio Committee, it consolidated a process of careful analysis and review,
product improvement and expansion of the number of options for papers, dispensers and soaps – in addition to leading to a
systemic approach that goes beyond the products themselves.
Partnership with iFood Kleber Freitas, ALLIA customer relationship executive, presented cases of our partnership with iFood,
revealing the high level of satisfaction of the restaurants served and the opportunity to educate the market about the importance of
hygiene and professional cleaning in a segment still marked by the use of household products.
A more empowered network
Sharing best practices extends the intelligence of the network and provides a continuous refinement of the performance of all our
members. Rangel Budal Arins, commercial director at Copapel, spoke about the importance of organizational culture, and Bruno
Daneluz, technical consulting coordinator at RL Higiene, explored aspects of diagnosis and after-sales.
Cutting-edge technology in deployment
Jarbas Torres, executive director of RL São Paulo and leader of the IT committee, conducted the first functional demonstration of
Orbita Dashboard, a management platform developed by our European partner INPACS and which is being carefully adapted to
ALLIA. The tool will launch in 2022, offering customized performance metrics for each customer and advanced features for
enterprise account management.

suppliers who stood out for the alignment of strategies, collaborative work, commitment to improvements, punctuality, availability
and agility of service, transparent sharing of information and volume of supply – aspects that made ALLIA’s difference with its
partners and customers in the face of the challenges of the last year.
The evaluation of the success of the meeting was unanimous. “The last two years have been challenging, of great change and
learning. Nothing better than ending the year celebrating our achievements, partnerships and ties!” concludes Marina Belussi,
Alliados relationship executive.
