ALLIA’s first joint service with INPACS consolidates global partnerships

ALLIA, INPACS (Europe, Asia and Oceania) and Network Services Company (North and Central America) together form the
largest global professional hygiene and cleaning network, operating in more than 50 countries.

This partnership aims not only to promote exchanges on best practices and technology transfer, but also to enable the extension of
service to global customers – which was achieved with ALLIA’s offer of services to the largest European company of Long Stay
Institutions for the Elderly (ILPI): a global corporation with more than 100,000 beds in more than 1,000 units spread across 22
countries.

“It was a very valuable step, as it fulfills our purpose of acting in line with our global partners, strengthening our relationships,”
says Rodrigo Senday, executive director of ALLIA Higiene.

Start and expansion

The service was implemented simultaneously in five units in the state of São Paulo, opened in June 2020. “Even with all the
restrictions of the pandemic, we were able to quickly start operations with excellence,” says Andrea Cerqueira, ALLIA’s
relationship manager.

All cleaning and hygiene services for future units in Brazil and South America will be carried out by ALLIA, with inaugurations
planned in Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte and plans to incorporate other units in Uruguay, Chile, Argentina and Colombia.
The partnership with INPACS is also expected to expand soon – there are negotiations with global healthcare corporations,

Technology and knowledge

Another great benefit of the partnership was to allow ALLIA access to the Orbita Dashboard, a platform developed especially
for INPACS that combines Business Intelligence and Big Data technologies for consumption analysis, budget control and
optimization of supply chain processes. “The system is already being implemented here in Brazil and will be an important
improvement in our management tools,” says Rodrigo.

The partnership also allowed an extensive exchange of experience and knowledge between Brazil and Europe, with the direct
participation of Jorge Louro, account manager of Orbis, an INPACS member company, to monitor and train the operational teams.

“ALLIA has a fundamental contribution to the implementation of adequate sanitation systems and to standardize the methods
within the standards we use in Europe,” says Jorge. “Our main challenge is to change the prevailing mindset of cleaning operators,
but I believe that, with persistence and ALLIA’s support, we will achieve this goal,” he adds.
