The crisis caused by the new coronavirus pandemic has caused immense social and economic impact, leading to unprecedented
challenges for companies to maintain their operations and ensure the health of their employees.
Faced with this scenario of uncertainty, ALLIA members sign a public commitment regarding their posture and actions at this
time

COMMITMENT LETTER IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 CRISIS
It is ALLIA’s mission to promote people’s well-being and health through best hygiene and cleaning practices. In these challenging
times, we remain committed to keeping the health of our employees and the community first. In response to the COVID-19 crisis,
ALLIA member companies publicly document the direction in which our actions are directed
Whereas:
› we live in an unprecedented situation, with rapid and constant changes, impacting all peoples, all social classes and all s ectors of
the economy
› the present problems are extremely complex, systemic and independent, and that no one can face such a critical situation alone
›there is an imperative demand to take even more care of personal hygiene and environments, crucial to overcome the risks of
contagion of the new coronavirus
› the current restrictions impose immense operational challenges for all companies, with gigantic social and economic impacts
› there is a pressing need to act with transparency and confidence so that we can overcome this critical phase and defeat the
epidemic
ALLIA member companies undertake to:
› observe our deepest values and beliefs each time we are faced with difficult choices
› mobilize resources and skills for collective and coordinated actions: collaboration is at our core and we believe that it is
everyone’s cooperation that can make a difference
› employ our expertise and technical knowledge to provide the best solutions for each customer, meeting their specific needs
› in this crisis, position ourselves as part of the solution, prioritizing the most sensitive segments (healthcare and production of
essential items), operating in line with international guidelines, the Ministry of Health, and other relevant authorities
› seek intelligent solutions to preserve active and functional operations, maintaining an ethical posture of service to the market and
current business practices, strengthening a security environment within our chain – from suppliers to customers
