ALLIA IN EXPANSION

As part of our internationalization movement, we entered into a strategic alliance with Key Química S.A. de C.V. and CEK de
Centroamérica, references in their regions of operation. With this, we seek together to strengthen our service capacity in Latin
America.

From 2020, ALLIA customers will have expanded coverage on the continent, consisting of almost 70 distribution centers in 8
more countries – Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Belize.

Like ALLIA, both companies are members of Network Services Company – which, together with its European partner INPACS
GmbH, forms the world’s largest professional hygiene and cleaning distributor network, operating in 50 countries with a total of
115 members and revenues exceeding US$11 billion.
